Our Policy

Online returns or exchanges must be received by our warehouse within 15 days of the shipping confirmation date. Once received by our warehouse, the return or exchange takes 7-14 business days to process. After processing, you will receive the credit within 3-5 business days for returns and shipment of your exchanged items as per the order shipment policy.

All our products must be unused with original tags attached and must be in their original condition along with the packing slip. We reserve the right to deny a refund if the returned merchandise does not meet our requirements. Final sale items are not eligible for a return, refund, or credit.
